Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the sign-in method you use (email, Google or Apple).
• Guest ID: if you don't sign in, a random ID stored in your browser so we can keep your songs together.
• What you enter: children's first names, ages, chosen styles and any special topic.
• Your songs: generated lyrics, audio files, word timings and song details.
• Technical data: basic logs such as times, errors and device or browser type, used to keep the Service running and secure.

Please enter only first names or nicknames. Don't enter surnames, addresses, health details or other sensitive information.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to create and store your songs, enforce free limits, keep the Service safe, fix problems, and answer your messages. In EU terms, our legal bases are performing our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in running a safe service. Where consent is required, we ask for it.

3. Who helps us

We share data only with service providers who help run the Service: cloud hosting and database services, AI writing models, and music engines (currently SunoAPI and Google Lyria). They receive only what they need, such as the lyrics and style for a song. Some of them may process data outside your country, including in the USA, under appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people's safety.

4. Children's information

The Service is meant for adults, not children. Parents and caregivers may enter a child's first name and age so that a song can be personalised. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has used the Service, or you want a child's details removed, email earthiaone@gmail.com and we will delete them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account or guest songs exist. You can remove children's details in the app at any time, or ask us to delete everything. We may keep limited logs for a short time for security purposes. If the Service closes, we delete stored data within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use only essential storage: your sign-in session, your guest ID, and simple settings such as Auto play. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner.

7. Your rights

Everyone: you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data by emailing earthiaone@gmail.com.

EU, EEA and UK (GDPR): you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states: you have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for advertising.

We will answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and private storage. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "last updated" date. For important changes, we'll show a notice in the app.
